About the artist: Ford Beckmann
United States, 1952-2014
After a successful career as a fashion designer, Ford Beckman emerged as an artist in the New York art world. His style is a mixture of screen-printed pop iconography, such as the clowns, and splashes, drops and geometric elements. Beckman later traded the art world for a quiet life in Tulsa.
